Ellen’s TGIF Workout (31 Min Workout)

Set your GYM BOSS for 30:10 (work for 30, rest for 10); 6 sets= 31 min total workout time.

EQUIPMENT:
GymBoss
Dumbbells (10-15 lbs)
Ab-dolly

30:10, 6 SETS:
Pushups
Dead lifts (w/ DBs)
Ab-dolly Pikes
6 Later Raises / 6 Presses (w/ DBs)
Lunge Jumps
Single-Arm Rows (in pushup position w/ DBs)
Ab-dolly knee tucks
Squats (touch butt to ball)
